Extent Heritage - Kingsdene Estate (2025)

Extent Heritage Pty Ltd was engaged by the City of Parramatta to undertake a review of potential new Heritage Conservation Areas within Parramatta LGA - the Kingsdene Estate being one of them.

Kingsdene Estate, developed by Lend Lease in the early 1960s and featuring display homes by prominent architects, is historically significant as part of Sydney's suburban expansion. However, the values of the area are vested primarily in the surviving individual display homes. The full report can be accessed here.
